MyAutoData (“MAUD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a platform for the storage, management, and controlled use of personal mobility and vehicle-related data.

MAUD is based on a user-centric privacy model:

  • Users retain ownership and control of their data

  • Monetization is based solely on voluntary participation

Collected via the MAUD Mobility App:

  • Driving behavior (e.g., braking, acceleration, mobile device usage)
  • Contextual data (e.g., time, weather, road type)

Note:

  • No in-vehicle hardware (e.g., dongles) is used
  • Raw data is not stored permanently

4. Purposes of Data Processing

4.1 Platform Operation

  • Providing and maintaining MAUD services
  • Displaying user data and analytics

4.2 Security and Fraud Prevention

  • Detecting and preventing fraud
  • Ensuring system integrity and security

4.3 Internal Reward and Scoring System

MAUD processes mobility data to generate an internal scoring system:

  • Driver Score (driving behavior)
  • Eco Score (environmental efficiency)

Purpose:

  • Providing user insights
  • Encouraging safe and sustainable driving
  • Supporting internal reward mechanisms

These scores are not shared with third parties unless you explicitly consent.

4.4 Participation in the MAUD Marketplace (Optional)

  • Data may be used for offers, analytics, or services
  • Users may receive compensation

5. Data Sharing with Marketplace Partners

  • Based on explicit, freely given, and revocable consent
  • Limited to clearly defined data fields

Users can at any time:

  • Grant access
  • Revoke access
  • Review all data access activity

Marketplace partners may include:

  • Service and repair providers

6. Payments and Payouts via Stripe

6.1 General

To process payouts to users, MAUD uses:

  • Creation of user payout accounts
  • Processing of payments resulting from data sharing

6.2 API Integration (“My Marketplace”)

  • Stripe account created via integrated API flow
  • Users enter personal data directly into Stripe-hosted forms

6.3 Data Processing and Responsibility

  • Stripe acts as an independent controller
  • MAUD has no full access to payment data
  • Only limited status information is received

6.4 KYC and Compliance Requirements

  • Identity verification (KYC)
  • Compliance with Stripe terms
